Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately at this time we do not accept insurance. The insurance industry is constantly changing and accepting more industries coverage. Massage is something that some insurance carriers will cover. We have had great results with reimbursement with a provided receipt. If this is something you are hoping to do please contact your insurance carrier to confirm this is something they will do.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment for your services. The major payment methods, cash, check, credit/debit card, HSA and FSA. There is a $40 fee on returned check payments. If paying by check you will need to put a card on file to ensure payment is collected in case of a returned check.
Do you sell Gift Certificates?
We do sell gift certificates. There are a few different ways to purchase them!
Buying them through our booking site, click a location and a “buy a gift certificate” option will appear.
Call or text 847-850-9515 and mention wanting to purchase a gift certificate.
Book under the person you could like to pay for and place your card on file, we can process the payment post session.
Do you have any discounts or special rates?
We typically do not offer discounts or special rates. We do have numerous small local business partners that we offer special first time discounts to their clientele. Typically once or twice a year we do offer a small give back to the community offering a select number of 30 minute sessions to those who can not afford regular services. These are limited and only offered at the therapist’s discretion. If you would like to donate a session please contact us about gifting a session to a stranger in need!
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any and all services cancelled within the 24 hour cancellation window will be charged 100% of their service fee. This 24 hour window allows our therapists to potentially book another client in that time slot.
How do I make an appointment with a gift certificate?
Our online booking does require a card on file to book. It does not charge the card but holds the appointment for you. If you have a gift certificate, feel free to book online and make a comment in the notes of the gift certificate or reach out to us via text or email to schedule your appointment. We encourage looking online first to have a general idea of a time that works when reaching out for assistance in booking. If you do not see a time online that works please reach out as we can help find more availability for you!
