Jami Nemeth

What does she specialize in?

Jami embarked on her wellness voyage by earning a Kinesiology degree from UW-Madison. Through her varied internships in Adaptive Fitness & Cardiac Rehab, the world of wellness unveiled itself to her. She discovered the deep interplay between mental and physical health, which sparked her curiosity.

She further honed her passion by becoming a stretch therapist. Her pursuit of knowledge about the human body led her to the Aveda Institute of Beauty & Wellness. She recently completed her studies, evolving into a fully licensed massage therapist.

Jami aspires to build an inclusive and understanding space for all. An oasis where clients can take a pause, facilitating a reconnection between their mind, body, and spirit.

In the wellness industry certified and licensed practitioners are required to complete a specific number of continued education yearly. We encourage our therapists to find courses that are of interest to them and what they would like to incorporate into their practice more.

Jami is our newest therapist to the wellness industry. She continues to do courses online and in person as she dives deeper into the world of massage and finding her Niche. She does have certifications in:

  • Prenatal Massage

  • Sports Massage

  • Stretch Therapy

Who is she outside of work?

Outside of work, Jami loves to dive deep into the world of live music, particularly EDM and reggae persuasions. Every week features a new craft of the week ranging from resin, to candle making, to beading, and so much more. To unwind and refill her cup she loves to find a sunny spot to cuddle up with her English Bulldog and take long naps together.
